- Items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 calendar days of purchase date.

Items must be in new condition (uworn, uwashed, tags intact, smoke-free, makeup-free, etc).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following items are a FINAL SALE: "Sale" category items, items purchased with a 20% or more discount, jewelry & hats.

Try on your merchandise right away! Any defects in items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving merchandise!

To exchange the exact same item for a different size, check that it is in stock; then send us a message & we will hold the size once you provide your return tracking.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost return mail so we suggest you ship items back with a tracking number.

Your store credit will be emailed once accepted. Please allow up to 7 days from when we receive your return.
